Somerton’s Community Garden Project

Somerton now has its very own community garden thanks to the hard work of volunteers and members of CYP Somerton team. Kelly Kay, along with some hard core members from Somerton CYP and Town Councillor Judith Hurley worked tirelessly from 10:30am until 4pm to get the job done. The team clearly have green fingers and created a lovely space for the whole community to enjoy in the grounds  of St Michael and All Angels Church, Somerton. All the flowers and plants were donated along with other garden bits and pieces to make this lovely space in time for the summer holidays. The garden is now open to anyone and everyone who’d like a quite space in the town.
