- Thursday Evening- 3 hours per week, working with young people aged 11-18 years in Somerton

The Community Youth Project is an independent Charitable Incorporated Organisation that provides sustainable youth worker resources to local communities in Somerset.
We wish to appoint a dynamic individual who will inspire and challenge young people, who will support young people in their transition to adulthood and who will support young people to reach their full potential. The appointed Youth and Community Development Worker will be required to be available Thursday evenings to work alongside a group of committed volunteers meeting the needs of young people in Somerton.
You will receive regular professional support and training and we will be required to undergo a Disclosure and Barring Check.
Ideally you should have experience of working with young people age 11 years and older.
